I am driven to write this when I realized that this scandal was nothing more than one insider who got pushed-off a lucrative deal by another insider with sharper elbows (or fingers, according to the loser).
The losing insider promptly aired the winner's dirty laundry in the club house for the insiders (Congress) and, in the process, got his dirty laundry aired. Tit for tat.
And in the end, we get stiffed either way.
