Because it not only annoys me how men AND women pour perfume rather apply them but it affects my breathing. I have asthma and chemicals designed to be noticed like odors in Liquified Petroleum Gas or perfume, tend to trigger an attack. Specially when persons of uncertain hygienic practices indulge on perfumes/colognes. I've been tempted several times to loudly remind offenders to take a BATH rather than bathe in perfume/cologne.
