Japanese Unmanned Cargo Carrier

Looks like the Japanese have finally decided to stop fooling about and get serious with space.

Now they are completing their own unmanned cargo carrier.

Much to NASA's relief. Apparently, Russia's Soyuz had two recent near-misses that could have been fatal to both crews.

And I am quite certain China's recent successes, over-arching ambition, aggressive pace has absolutely nothing to do with prodding Japan into action.
