Well... so bad that Microsoft will not be able to include in the next update to Office 2007.
Instead, the update will include native ODF 1.1 support.
I suppose without ODF, Microsoft will face the prospect of slowdown in sales of Microsoft Office when governments and corporations, selling to or dealing with governments, require supprot for open document standards.
And if Microsoft is true to form, OOXML will just melt away... another expensive Microsoft vaporware clunker down the drain.
