I like watching cooking show on Lifestyle Network.
Specially those pertaining to Italian dish.
What strikes me is how the Americans (and Italians, presumably) prefer their rice 'dry'.
In comparison, our rice looks damp and sticky and we're not even talking about 'malagkit' here, just the usual 7-tonner variety.
