Photography Books

Nah... not the 'How to...' stuff that's almost useless.

But there are some good ones out there.

This is about books by photographers

Robert Frank: The Americans. This a 2008 reprint by Steidl. Robert Frank worked with Steidl to rescan his original photographs, this is not just another 're-print'.

Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Man, The Image & The World: A Retrospective. Another magnificently produced book.

The photographs in this books will often make you (and me) say 'pfffft... I can do that'.

But you and I cannot.

If real estate is about location, location, location.

Photographs in these books (and many other excellent books) show that photography is about being there at the right place and at the right time.
