As in Quasi-NGO.
I did not realized it then, but, what does that mean? Quasi-Non-Governmental Organization?
Is this not a case of double-negative?
Or are modifiers like 'semi' and 'quasi' not negatives. Or just a little wee bit.
Why not say 'Quasi-Government Organization'?
Or labeling a NGO as 'quasi' indicates a NGO with greater government involvement?
Am I quasi-misunderstanding something? Again?
