Engineers - Building A Better Terrorist

According to EETimes, engineers are great terrorists.

Because of inclination, training and experience, engineers are able to plan and execute (no pun intended) better.

So will the US Department of Homeland Security (DoHS... I mean DHS) institute begin polygraphy screening for ALL engineering students in America?
