Language Names

Before, they were Burma speaking Burmese...

Now they are Myanmar speaking... Myarese? ...Myanmarese? ...Gooblydoorese?

What about Czechoslovakia?

It was Czech before and, I supposed, the Czech half still refer to it as such. But what about the Slovakian half?

Then there is the case of ex-Yugoslavia.

With all the acrimony going on there, what do the Croatians speak? Kosovars? Montenegrans? Slovenians?

Maybe we should just think English. The Scandinavians are rather fluent in English.

The French would have none of that.
