Hola España has a nice selection of honest to goodness Spanish cheese.

Had some San Blas and San Simon.
San Simon's smokey and ham flavors would probably go well with a chiffon cake and single malt whiskey.
Shame though Hola España has had to add non-Spanish dishes to entice customers, hopefully they will not go as far as to add dimsum and Kare-kare.
Here's hoping for a true red-green-white Italian restaurant with a nice selection of Italian cheese.
