A line forms outside Apple's 5th Avenue, New York store.
For no apparent reason.
Oh, the store is open 24-7, i.e. does not close.
Why the line?

3G iPhone?

Perhaps it was practical joke, a wager even.
Or one may ascribe to some mystical forces to this event.
But not the infamous Reality Distortion Field, as Steve Jobs was not in New York at that time.
